Superb effort, but lets got through and take this bolllocks apart, point-by-point..

I dont come on here "bragging & claiming", but if someone posts "you dont know what you are talking about", "you talk out of your arse", etc., etc., I reserve the right to defend myself and cite evidence to the contrary, and you have little right to be in uproar about that.

Re: the play-offs. We sneaked in by the skin of our teeth, into the last place in the last game, because Preston bottled it, despite having spent a fortune for this level on our team. Oh, and then we played crap to put us behind in the playoff, then threw it away with ****e penalty-taker selection after fighting our way back into the fixture. We got so far in spite of Burley, not because of him, and I wasnt that far away from being correct, in that that season was a colossal underachievement.

Re: Anyone but Burley could do better. Anyone who had the faintest clue about what they were doing (Pearson) did do better than Burley last season. Anyone who doesnt have the foggiest (Dodd & Gorman, Wotte & Poortvillet) hasnt done better. We had the chance to get the likes of Billy Davies and Ian Dowie, proven achievers at this level, and went instead for clueless diickheads.

Sorry, you want to present my comments against me as a black-and-white fait accompli, which it isnt. Never mind, its a common mistake made by those of limited intellect.

the point I tried to make numerous times during your campaign to replace GB- we were never going to get Mourinhio, so unless we were going to get better we were better off with him - think that got shown to be correct.

a simple "yes" or "no" will do fine this time, wihout all the ifs, buts and what-could-have beens.

your statements were made without such reservations you claim now,at the time they were made.

so once agian, without any excusing reservations: were you right or wrong on those occasions?

Wow, arent we the little jumped-up, self-appointed barrack room lawyer ?

I just thought that, what with you being such a great and successful predictor on so many different occasions, you`d be humble enough to admit being wrong just once.

from a psychological point of view,I find it quite interesting to see how you dont hesitate one second when it comes to bragging and bigging yourself up,but seem totally unable to admit getting even ONE thing wrong.

may I suggest you consider visiting your local university`s research department.with the contribution provided by observations from your brain, you could help scientists understand a great deal more about mental disorders.the areas surrounding delusions of grandeur is not yet fully understood, for example !

Playing devil's advocate here, but it seems to me that Pulis's record is not so different to how Gillet's was at the start of the season. I think Gillet is a useful squad player, and as far as I know is not related to any of the management team, so why does everyone think there is something wrong or suspicious about Pulis's signing?

I think it went something like " I'll pay you 1m for your player, or 1.25m if you take Tone to Southampton for a year or two, 'cos the Stoke fans are asking questions about nepotism".

Strange, I thought I admitted to being wrong over Saga and the aggregate score over the Reading and Manyoo games, but there you go, when someone who is illiterate is in full hysterical and irrational flow, I suppose there is no stopping them...
