Torbay Saint Posted 1 February, 2009 Posted 1 February, 2009 I thought he had a decent game. Very good in the air and was really enouraging McGlaggon. He may not be Premier League class anymore but I thought he was a real positive yesterday.
Nexstar Posted 1 February, 2009 Posted 1 February, 2009 Yeah did alright, some poor marking but good clearances.
ladysaint Posted 1 February, 2009 Posted 1 February, 2009 I thought he did good, saved us on tuesday night as well.
Torbay Saint Posted 1 February, 2009 Author Posted 1 February, 2009 Deserves a fair go imho. I think he should be given a fresh start like Wotton under the new manager. He has not really done anything wrong this season and his form towards the end of last season was a major factor in keeping us up!
david in sweden Posted 1 February, 2009 Posted 1 February, 2009 I thought he had a decent game. Very good in the air and was really enouraging McGlaggon. He may not be Premier League class anymore but I thought he was a real positive yesterday. He has EXPERIENCE and (as Ballie once said) he has " others with young legs around him to do the running." He can pass a ball into space and give the lads some good support. If he was (once) good enough to play internationals, he can't be so poor that he can't hold his own at the bottom of CCC.
Dogs Posted 1 February, 2009 Posted 1 February, 2009 Whilst he was warming up on many occasions he encouraged the younger players, sometimes with a clenched fist to get stuck in.I never ever had taken to Euell...but recently i feel our season could revolve around Jason and also Wooton. Both were very influentual yesterday,it was a good measure of how we are going to survive. From now on im going to be a Euell fan.

Put him in instead of Lallana, it will give us a good experienced spine.
fareham saint phil Posted 1 February, 2009 Posted 1 February, 2009 Wins more than his fair share of headers and has the experiance to break the game up which was what we needed at the end of the game, not sure i'd start with him but as a sub hes doing well
sidthesquid Posted 1 February, 2009 Posted 1 February, 2009 It depends which Jason turns up for duty. Mr Consistent he ain't!
Bailey Posted 1 February, 2009 Posted 1 February, 2009 It depends which Jason turns up for duty. Mr Consistent he ain't! But Mr Committed he is. Euell always works his socks off and gets stuck in. Never shys away from a tackle either. We could use his experience and work rate to our advantage for the remainder of the season.
ottery st mary Posted 1 February, 2009 Posted 1 February, 2009 I would have had him playing centre Half with Size and Perry by now.
