Lowe has a legal obligation to protect the interests of the shareholders and relegation is not the best way to enhance those share prices. When was the last prosecution for failing in that duty? How many company chairmen have gone to jail? How many millions have to be siphoned out of company accounts before the law gets involved? Get real.
