Pancake Posted 30 January, 2009 Posted 30 January, 2009 Odd one, my lappy keeps on BSODing when I activate the wireless/bluetooth switch on the back (Fujitsu Siemens laptop). Any ideas, Im guessing some kind of IRQ conflict.
thesaint sfc Posted 30 January, 2009 Posted 30 January, 2009 Install latest BT drivers? Perhaps worth doing wireless drivers too. Or you could remove the BT module from the laptop, uninstall the BT and see if you have the same error. I find BT generally to be full of problems and bugs.
Pancake Posted 30 January, 2009 Author Posted 30 January, 2009 Just installed the latest BT and Wireless drivers mate, still the same issue.

We deal with a lot of Dells and a lot of the BCM2045 Dell/Broadcom bluetooth modules cause all sorts of grief. You tried just disabling it in device manager?

Work laptop, so Im not going to take it apart unfortunately. Well, Ive backed up all my crap and called the HellDesk to arrange a medical for it... Can I post my first smug Mac reply yet? Shut up Essruu.
Al de Man Posted 30 January, 2009 Posted 30 January, 2009 Shut up Essruu. He said "first", not "1433rd".
