What premier league player is going to drop down to the championship to join our project

It was a little different when we were huge club in league one  with potential and money to go up premier .. by being a big club in championship

we don't have that carrot..

We also need to get out of the championship.. 

it's not a foregone conclusion we are going straight back up.. 

Sainz is pushing premier and Sargent would be ok back up in the premier. 

We need to a bit realistic.. can't see anyone regular prem joining us in the championship. Only gamble youngsters or players at the end of their prem time.

Loans are an excellent way but very short term and if they were nailed on premier league players they wouldn't be loaned out..

of course no PL regular is joining us in the championship, but if we can get another Brooks on loan that would be ideal. There are lots of talented youngsters that can't get a game in the PL. We should know all of them pretty well. Getting them is not easy.

i wonder if foreign players like those two, perhaps pretty well known outside of the uk, will get top flight gigs abroad rather than have to drop down a division?

Both, to be honest, but mainly during games. He has a talent for marking space.

Shea is the POTS for owls, but his bro is has stepped up and so has a blast from the past Jan Valery.

Not quite POTS candidate yet but Valery has been impressive as well, suits Rohls system

 

S Charles was very good but my MOM was Valery in his hybrid role he was outstanding.

but what a cracking game he had Valery's man marking of Azaz quietened the opponent's most

Some very good performances - both Charles brothers especially but thought Valery, Musaba and Smith all played well

I know he's not popular with everyone on here but could a returning Che Adams do a good job for us in the championship? I rate his qualities and determination at holding the ball up in midfield and he is capable of a wonder strike or two, yes he misses some sitters but don't they all! certainly a better option than AA or Archer I feel

I'd have him back without a 2nd thought, but I think that ship has sailed. We would have been a much stronger proposition this year in the PL if we had managed to retain him. For me, his strengths have always far outweighed his lack of finishing prowess.

So which premier league players could we got on loan or should we go for?  Am I right in thinking we are allowed 5 loan players from premier league clubs?

I like the look of Ivanovic at Millwall. Powwerful, big unit and scores goals, against the Skates as well !

Not my remit, but I did pick Ivan Toney when he was at Peterborough, nobody I can think as a standout. Che is ok, but he wasnt wonderful. It will depend on the style of manager we choose of course. May as well go for Carlton Morris as he would be cheaper than Che I suspect
