Holmes_and_Watson Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Oh dear. In with a tiny chance of an equaliser. So give away a penalty just to be sure of the defeat. Good job Saints. 2 1

aintforever Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Wellington - the only living Brazilian shitter than Ryan Manning. 4

RedArmy Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Goodbye premier league. Hopefully we don’t come back quite so quick next time. Boring, corrupt rotten league. 2 1
Baird of the land Posted April 6 Posted April 6 20 seconds left and rather than getting the ball forward we get caught dwelling on the ball and end up giving away a penalty. sums up this dreadful saints team 4
Saint Fan CaM Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Well that’s a surprise - relegation. Who’d have thunk it?
saintant Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Congratulations to the owners, managers and especially the players for all their hard work and efforts this season. You have excelled yourselves and must be so proud, couldn't have given any more to the cause. 5

trousers Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Well, that's one way of putting it I guess.... Make it sound like an achievement 😂 1 1
OttawaSaint Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Meanwhile, Fulham beat Liverpool. Used to be us that'd pull off results like that... 2
obelisk Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Team 2-1 down with a few minutes left before relegation decides to fanny about at the back and give away a penalty rather than put the ball into the opposition penalty area. Sums up the season completely. 5
pimpin4rizeal Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Thought we was the better side second half competed well sulemana dangerous and nice assist. Actually feel like juric is starting to get a little more out of them now. Unfortunately we still are so so weak defensively 1 1
saintant Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Never want to see that fucking pink kit again - bring back the old gold shirts and black shorts. 4
Holmes_and_Watson Posted April 6 Posted April 6 The majority of this lot of ineffectual shadows will apparently be pushing for promotion next season. Just now, trousers said: Well, that's one way of putting it I guess.... Make it sound like an achievement 😂 Great to get there before anyone else in PL history in terms of games remaining! Can't wait for SR to take the public acclaim they so richly deserve for such an achievement. 1
OttawaSaint Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Can't wait for us destroying everyone in the Championship. Come on you Southampton Hotspors! We get busy in the window! We get busy in the winnnnndowww! We get busy in the window! We hate pompey we hate pompey we hate pompey

Harry_SFC Posted April 6 Posted April 6 The only thing more embarrassing that going down this quickly is our fans giving the players a standing ovation at the end. Absolutely ridiculous. 3
Tauro Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Well that brings the curtains down on what has to be the most abjectly, poor season in football history. Nothing short of shambolic from top down (aside from Fernandes). I have no faith that we will come straight back up. We are so much weaker than when we went down 2 years ago and don't trust the charlatans running the club to turn it around in the summer.

Our forum experts gave been saying over and over that our squad is bustling with top top championship players that have done it before and that Johhny Spurs is going window cleaning! We're as good as promoted! 4

It’ll come as something of a relief to most of them to be back in the league where they belong next season, rather than being humiliated every week. 3 2 1

Whitey Grandad Posted April 6 Posted April 6 It just goes to show. You buy Championship level players and you end up in the Championship. 6
