Harwood Bellis' hair really does make him look a proper twat. Him and Bednarek absolutely shite for that goal.

Every time I see an in-play photo of JB and THB they are rarely marking anyone and often just watching the scorer place it in the net. We're pretty poor all over the pitch but defensively were just embarrassingly bad.

To say this is the worst moment in someone’s saints supporting history is a bit hysterical. We are in the Premier League. Other clubs would kill to be there. Smacks of total arrogance. What about clubs stuck in lower leagues like Sheffield Weds? Reading? Keep some perspective. This lot are rubbish but things could be worse as a club. We are financially sound with hope of improvement next year.

It's my personal history so I can say what I like. I feel that I had more connection with all other Saints teams in those 45 years, even the relegated ones.

I don't give a fuck about Sheff Wed, Boro, QPR etc.

I personally feel this is my lowest ebb. That's not arrogant at all. I don't exprct success but I do demand a modicum of capability that they do indeed know what they are doing and put in the effort required.

4 goals in his last 9 starts is very good!

His age is irrelevant to his current goal threat.

AGreed - his minutes are the equivalent of playing 10 games this season - which would put him at 15 or so goals for the full season.  In an utterly shit team

Are you not going to give Spors a chance? A completely new person making football decisions, so it is daft to right him off due to the decisions of others. Judge him on his own merits!

It isn't Sports Republic, it is Sport Republic! 😉😇

Who’s gone tell him the correct phrase is “write him off” ?

Hardly controversial! We have a squad packed full of very good Championship players, who are completely out of depth in the Premier League.

The squad will look very different. Johannes Spors has admitted he will be 'very, very busy' in the window.

So are we keeping our current squad of "very good championship players" or replacing a lot of them...?

Nice to see Saints attacking for a bit but it might be a bit better if Dibling could take on his man or someone could try a shot or a cross.

Those two points you quoted of mine are not incompatible with each other. Quite a few of the best players will probably leave, opening up the need for replacements.

Schrodinger's Saints. We won't know how good or how shite they are until we see the final league table.

Perspective. You just need some perspective. The relegation to league 1 was much worse. Did you have a break supporting them during that period out of interest?

Here's hoping Spors is better at overseeing player recruitment than the previous clowns then... #notaforegoneconclusion

Sule gets away from his man.... and the final ball is just what you'd expect.

We have had more of the ball in their final third this half. But this is because Spurs have dropped off. Even then, we've not really caused too many issues for them, while being vulnerable on the counter.

No. I still felt that we'd be OK. This lot just fill me with dread.

We were weeks away from going out of business. You are reacting emotionally to another terrible performance. It’s dreadful I agree. The season is a shambles. The effort levels are atrocious. We have financial stability and aren’t about to go out of business. Sheff Utd were awful last year and doing well this year. Things could be worse.

The bottom line is that there's no certainty that our squad next season will be as competitive as last season. (More likely than less likely, yes, but not certain)
