My opinion is that many of the players in this "team" will struggle. Your opinion is the opposite. However, it's likely many won't be with Saints anymore so we'll never know for sure since the players on the "team" will have changed. 3

Rather than pinning them back against their natural game, by having TP lurking around.

Expand If anything, I think Martin held them back in the Championship season. We should have done better. Those players aren't 'average' for the Championship. Take Armstrong for example... 2nd top scorer in the league playing on the right in most games. 1

Conceded 63 goals and our defending is just as bad this season . I don’t see the point in hoping that they will be good enough next season, after the last two abysmal premier league campaigns, I’m all for a huge clear out. Get rid of this losing mentality which is endemic amongst the squad. 1
