Opened this thread expecting to find news on up-and-coming Croatian players. Massively disappointed.

You'd have forgotten all about SR bulk buying Croatian players, in your rush to put a laugh beside Turkish's comedy gold (and now deleted) post. People mention the 30+ laughing emoji posts. But now there will be whispers of the one that would have beaten even that. 🙂

Chrome or silver?

We're here to support MLG's literacy issues, in not being able to read the posts of others, and numeracy issues, in not being able to count to two.

I thought it extended to his typing, and he was reassessing...

One might argue that Villa Park and Vale Park are named after the football teams as well.

Stadium MK also. Admittedly Stadium MK Dons would have been a mouthful so probably correct that they shortened it.

City of Manchester stadium has a case too, if Yoda is reading it out loud.

In summary then, you'd be hard pushed to find a single one named after the team that plays there.  That's settled that then.

You make this too easy! Yet again, you are taking things out of context. At the time of my post that view was not out of place.

The intention was for that name to be a placeholder. Spurs wanted a sponsor name but priced themselves out of that happening.

Try answering this... how many other English professional stadiums follow that naming convention of using the team name?

None of those are the actual team names word for word, so you have both missed the point of the suggestion in the thread. SI also made changes in stadium naming post this thread.

You really are an oddball aren't you?

Are you really trying to claim that 'St Mary's' Stadium is not named after "St Mary's" football club word for word?

Funny how he edited it “word for word” once he realised Aston Villa play at Villa Park and Port Vale play at Vale Park 😂😂😂😂😂

Nonsense again from both of you. The thread is about naming conventions. None of those are the current name of the club. The whole point of the thread was the complete opposite of what you are now talking about. It was a suggestion to have more stadiums named in similar fashion to St Mary's, Vale Park and Villa Park and less named after the current team name. So yet again you've completely missed the point!

Actually the point of the thread was to laugh at your failure to get an entry level job in football analysis 😂😂

1) I wasn't talking about this thread, I was talking about the stadium thread that was under discussion. Yet another dismal failure by you to comprehend!

2) It isn't a failure to get that job... when I didn't apply and have zero interest in the role.

I agree, I blame your primary school.

See, I can do petty insults as well if I go to your level! A level you continue to return to year after year!
