I don't think he's ready for an elite team. It would be a shame seeing him end up at a West Ham or Everton.

And yet Adam Armstrong looked like Luis Suarez running around with the ball and even the much cheaper Sam Edozie popped up with six goals IIRC. Sully hasn’t done it for three different managers now, even dropping down a division.

Adam Armstrong missed twice as many chances as he scored. He just knew where to stand to get chances. 

Sulemana started a whopping 10 games last season.

With the top 8 into Europe next year, there will be plenty of interest from the PL. Reckon he'll go for 35million with add-ons

It’s the odd 45 like this that shows this lot shouldn’t be the worst saints team in prem history, never mind the rest. I’d take Manning over Simon Charlton for example. Thankfully I grew up on Le Tiss.

So poorly managed throughout the season it’s untrue.

Downes has been poor this season, still makes a lot more sense to see him with big Les in midfield.
Not a bad half: wing backs are keeping it tight, not too gun-hoo. Central three haven't had to do too much. Great goal.

How many times have we seen this? We know the plotline for the second half! If we let palace equalise it will only go one way.....That said at least we have been better and tried to bring the game to them.... Not sure it will translate into a positive result though! 😬

Was ludicrous the amount we spent on Downes, another symptom of Martin wanting to keep his boy band together at any cost. If we can keep him next season we should but we should then look to sell or relegate him to a bench player.
