Yes to 1, 2, possibly 3, and 6. I have an irrational feeling we will get another win somewhere from a mid-table outfit mentally on the beach to howls of disgust from their fans.

The home form is particularly worrying. We don't even draw, it's pathetic, we just roll over.

Away we've been not that bad - Ipswich an obvious plus but even before then, since Juric came in we've looked somewhat competitive - Crystal Palace, Man Utd, Forest we had decent spells in those games.

Spurs have lost at home to Ipswich and Leicester so hopefully we can make it a Championship hat-trick.

I'm hoping we'll play Palace a few days after their FA Cup 1/4 final ( assuming they beat Millwall) and benefit from them having nothing to play for in the league. Fulham home also possible if they are in fa cup semi around then.

Everton away we'll get something I think.

The three teams to be relegated this year are predicted to be all the promoted clubs and to score a combined record low total of 63 points. It will beat the previous record low of 66 points set by last year's three promoted clubs of Sheff Utd, Burnley & Luton.

That gulf between the premier league and championship is getting bigger and bigger!

That’s a bit harsh considering most of those 63 points are going be from Ipswich and Leicester, it us that’s been so fucking shit that’s bringing that point tally down .

Yep, harsh on them but they'll also be part of the record.

I actually don't mind us holding the record defeat record because we bounced back each time - but lowest points total; is something else.

Could we concede 100 goals this season?

61 conceded so far with 12 games to go. That would require slightly over 3 goals conceded per game. At the current rate, sure, no problem.

65 now with 11 games to go. Goals needed per game are coming down.

I think we will come up short on this one

Even at 3 goals a game we would be at 98

Sigh, such negativity.

If we win all of our last 11 games, we will end up with 42 points.

Just imagine the scenes when Tall Paul bangs in a hat-trick against Arsenal on the final day of the season.

We’d still lose 3-4 🥺

Just to be clear, the 'supercomputer' appears to be broken.

Apparently it ran '10,000' simulations and Saints were relegated in 'every single one', yet it still gives us a relegation percentage of >99.9%.  If we got relegated in every single simulation, then we have a 100% chance of being relegated, that's simple maths.

With any mathematical models there would be an error term. More simulations the small it would be but it just reflects the very small possibility of survival. Also the stupidity of using ‘a super computer’ on something that didn’t warrant it.

In all scenarios there was no survival. The chance is therefore zero.

100% - 0 = 100%

I didn't even need a computer for that, let alone a super one ;)
