I'm an optimist and even I'm depressed.   thought nothing that a couple of goals our way wouldn't fix.   One thing I'll say. the hate poured out on Smallbone pregame not justified. He's been one of our best players, though admittedly not much competition for that honour.

Jesus Christ mate. Stop being obsessed with ignoring the formation, the tactics and the organisation. 
We know our players are limited but that only goes to show we need to control the game more and that means a change in formation to help these players as much as we can. 
We need a back four, Bellaketchup integrated into the team and two proper sitting midfielders in a formation similar to Bournemouth….

We just don't seem to be able to string anything together at all. There's a losing mentality at the place now and I really cannot see where a win is coming from now that normal service has been resumed.

That was about as bad from Saints that I have ever witnessed.  This club is rotten to the core and I wouldn't trust them to make a decent cup of tea.  

For manager and player recruitment, if they put a blindfold on and threw darts at a wall they'd have a higher success rate.

THis manager is beyond useless and his obsession with 5 at the back leaves us wide open every single game in midfield.

I'd honestly not care less if, of the starting 11, we were only left with Fernandes next year.  But, along with Dibling and possibly Ramsdale, he's our only sellable asset.

But Juric better not be here beyond the end of the season.  He's starting to make Nathan JOnes look like a genius

Never have we had such clueless owners as sports republic how they claim they are sport investment experts is beyond me! This seems to be nothing more than rasmus's vanity project that's a complete disaster!..... Dragan needs to find the strength to part ways with him buy him out whatever or put the club up for sale to find competent owners!

I’m not sure they are good enough for any league, particularly Smallbone who is extremely fortunate to be getting paid to play football.

How easily you forget,the Spurs game at home this season is by far the worst, this is shit for sure but not as shit as that pathetic showing

Fernandes and Sulemana are the only players with any directness about their play, when they break through, nobody is there with them. Lack of belief throughout the squad, unsurprisingly at this point.

We don’t have any clear attacking patterns and the man marking situation leaves the opponent space time and time again, they just need to win one duel against us and it’s open.

Should be 3-0 down. Dango selfishly not squaring it to Brooks for a tap in. Only really one attack ,where they cut out the pull back, where we looked dangerous. Couple of times I thought Bree could have crossed for Onuachu, we need to just play that cross as early as possible and hope Paul can get on it.

Concerned what the FT score is going to be. So depressing watching us atm.

Just watching the highlights of other recent games on my stream, and I find myself resigned to the fact that not a single one of our players is capable of the kind of goal scoring feats that other PL teams manage.

Don’t be silly. Smallbone is a solid championship level player. He’s looked fine in his 2 full seasons in that league. Not long ago he fired us to the playoff final and assisted the winner on our big day out.

Yep I’ve stopped using my season ticket after spurs game. Been a couple of times this year - better things to do than watch a badly run club with players that don’t care. The club is a joke at the moment and they don’t deserve my support. I’ve been there in league one also when we were really poor but at least it seemed that players cared. If we lose by a couple of goals nowadays it feels like success. This attitude should not be supported by bums on seats

He's a solid championship player when he's got the ball. When he hasn't he wouldn't make it into my Sunday League side.

Question; who amongst this starting lineup would get into any lower mid table team? Ramsdale, KWP, Wellington, Fernandes, possibly Sulemana and Tall  Paul as subs. Less than half of this team are anywhere near the required standard.

Agree he’s not great off the ball at all. Needs to be paired with a proper DM. Prowsey improved the off the ball aspect of his game, was close to leaving us until Ralph improved that weakness. Smallbone is young enough to improve defensively, just not his speed!

Right now, Ramsdale is the only player of Premier League quality in this squad.
