Then, the club decide that JannyB and JackyS are better. 

Then we loan both out, JannyB bad mouthes us on the way out and sits on bench for Villa. 

Both came back and helped us get relegated. Both have captained the side.

Both are still making mistake after mistake after mistake.

First job this summer, fire JannyB, JackyS, and IvannyJ into the sea and start without the deadweight of these perpetual losers.

Same can be said of any formation, if you don’t have the quality, it won’t work. I still think it’s too defensive, sacrificing an extra midfielder or striker for another CB. Give me Poch’s 4231 any day.
