For those of us of a certain age she will never be forgotten for her leatherclad performance in The Girl on a Motorcycle back in 1968. It certainly made a big impression on a spotty, naive 14 year old kid in a Bromley flea pit. I am pretty sure it was an X rated film at the time but no one in the Astoria box office used to worry about letting underaged teenagers in. Another icon of the Swinging Sixties departs. Sadly she will probably mainly be remembered for being found wearing nothing but a fur rug during a drugs raid at a Keith Richards party, but she went on the become a successful artist in her own right. RIP and thanks for the memories. 1
