Saints defending is woeful. How a three at the back system can be so open through the middle is crazy. THB is so bad. Bedders far too slow. Bree pretty anonymous really.

The space in the middle is always there because our 2 holding mids have no pace, FBs go higher and then depending on which side we attack we end up with one of the three CBs going high too. 

Man for man marking then has one CB rush to the ball when it hits his man, leaving just the 1 CB in position. It becomes a very risky high line.

Thought both new signings had a decent half. THB looks a liability to be perfectly honest, lots of wayward passes and stupid tackles. I find a few things annoying, mainly the amount of time we take for throw ins and the lack of crossing still. Get the ball in the middle for the 6ft 8inch striker to attack please.

Thought he controlled quite a few actually. There was one beautiful trap and pass towards the end. Rather him than pinball Armstrong.

We really are not marking up.They can pass where they like, far too passive….. RM coached not to mark up, rather hoped Juric would change that..

We play 100% man for man, lose just one duel and it’s carnage as people go wandering to cover. This style needs speed and fitness, we lack a lot of that in this lineup.

Only time Fernandes managed to get on the ball in a real attacking move, he got the assist for Aribo.
Gronbaek seems like he will need time (or left midfield is not his position, no idea)

This does have some merit. However our two centre backs have proved all season they are not good enough…

If Juric is to make changes I hope he takes the initiative and makes Ipswich react, rather than the other way round. This game needs pace up front the way it’s playing out - Dibling up front centre and Sully on for Bree, with Les dropping back to sit in front the defence.
