bangkoksaint Posted Sunday at 17:10 Posted Sunday at 17:10 Just got to say thanks for everything you do on this forum. Not having it for a couple of days feels like someone has removed part of me! Having said that it was maybe lucky that it was down yesterday!! 17
EssEffCee Posted Sunday at 17:11 Posted Sunday at 17:11 I use this forum for all my Saints news. Anyone know how we got on yesterday? 19
64saint Posted Sunday at 17:13 Posted Sunday at 17:13 Was it coincidence that the site crashed at the same time as our worst performance since .......🤔 Joking aside, thanks to owners of the forum for their hard work, certainly missed following the comments yesterday 6

iansums Posted Sunday at 17:26 Posted Sunday at 17:26 Good to see the site up again, for a moment I thought Steve had handed the running of it over to Sports Republic. 1 23
Lighthouse Posted Sunday at 17:29 Posted Sunday at 17:29 Hope you're not all Jonesing too badly after all that. (I had no part in fixing anything BTW).
FarehamSaintJames Posted Sunday at 17:34 Posted Sunday at 17:34 This is a fantastic forum, I love reading through the match threads and engaging with other fans. 👍🏻👏🏻 4
Saint NL Posted Sunday at 17:35 Posted Sunday at 17:35 I had to read Reddit, let's not do that again, eh? 4

Chris cooper Posted Sunday at 17:36 Posted Sunday at 17:36 What was the problem with the site ? Virus of some sort or something more sinister?
Turkish Posted Sunday at 17:37 Posted Sunday at 17:37 I expect my £0.14 refund for the days loss of usage to be paid back onto the card the £5 was taken from for my annual subscription. 8

the boy from saints Posted Sunday at 17:59 Posted Sunday at 17:59 It just goes to show how much `i miss this Forum! Tried the UI but there's no competition. Thanks for everyone involved in keeping this sire running! You only really understand how much you miss something when it's gone!
Holmes_and_Watson Posted Sunday at 18:10 Posted Sunday at 18:10 Looking forward to the new forum bounce. 1 1
Badger Posted Sunday at 18:11 Posted Sunday at 18:11 (edited) Did wonder if it was purely coincidence that the site was out of order yesterday or not. Perhaps a good job it was, as although we all needed somewhere to vent, this place might have been incandescent yesterday afternoon. I was confronted with this on trying to log in: Didn’t know if this was displayed for SR, and players, or if the Admins like the team had just said “nah, fuck it… ‘ and given up. Have to thank those running the site for their work in providing it. Others don’t come close, and this provides a good outlet and source of info, especially for us exiles. rallyboy Posted Sunday at 18:30 Posted Sunday at 18:30 Well done Steve, I thought for a moment that Sports Republic had taken over running it with an inevitable outcome. 1
Football Special Posted Sunday at 18:32 Posted Sunday at 18:32 Not good enough, I want my fiver back. Sack the board.
coalman Posted Sunday at 18:58 Posted Sunday at 18:58 Thanks to whoever brought the forum back from the dead. Good news. Bad news we have to talk about yesterday.

Lee On Solent Saint Posted Sunday at 19:23 Posted Sunday at 19:23 Absolutely echo those above, I needed to come on here and vent about the game, really isn't the same when you have to talk to your wife about the game when you get home.

SaintTex Posted Sunday at 22:14 Posted Sunday at 22:14 Saintsweb is a lifeline for all things Saints for those of us in the United States. So glad it is back up and running. I felt like i had lost the pulse of club and supporters while down. wait.. do we have a pulse? 1

Those weird Saints-related Facebook groups might be for you then, seen some proper odd stuff going on there whereby the admins set every post on matchday to be fully moderated so they quite often don't become visible to everybody else until days later, so then somebody has posted something in reaction to an incident in a game on the Saturday and it then gets posted around the same sort of time as a game we're playing on the Wednesday utter lunacy. 3

Yeah, in all seriousness, when having to get one's fix of matchday reactions from the likes of Facebook and Twitter at the weekend it actually makes you realise that this place is a veritable sanctuary of rational thought by comparison.... (ok, maybe over-egging it slightly there....! ) Edited yesterday at 10:38 by trousers 1
M271 Posted yesterday at 14:44 Posted yesterday at 14:44 Good to see it back, thanks Steve. I had a problem signing back in because it asked for my email address that I used when I registered many years ago rather than my user name. I tried all of my current addresses without success and then remembered that I had to use my works address (I’ve been retired 6 years!) for some reason I couldn’t register with Microsoft type emails at the time.
Chez Posted yesterday at 15:09 Posted yesterday at 15:09 Glad you managed to sort out all the bugs unlike...
