Another manager has come in with a pre made formation and then tried to force players into it. The attacking intent is better but this formation just invites pressure and we don't have the personnel to make it work.

My worry with this new manager and his style of play is that he will make us more defensive and possibly concede less but we will continue to create nothing. With zero goal threat does it really matter if we lose 5-0 or 2-1?

The ref is so easily influenced by the crowd, the palace fans figured that out early and have used it very effectively
