Armstrong couldn't possibly provide any less threat 

Goal should be disallowed but they've absolutely hammered us since the goal to be honest

Mateta is a big issue. He is too much for bednarek playing the way we are. Big les on in midfield with Downes would be a change I would like to see. We're getting cut apart on the break and everytime we clear to midfield palace are just picking it up and running back at us.

Same as the last game, bright first 20 mins and then faded.

We need to change shape, there's no way we can just get overrun for the second half and survive. 

Armstrong was completely anonymous, can't see the point on keeping him on.

I'd sub Bednarek off, he's a red card waiting to happen.

I remember several years ago when Dowie played for us, being at a game when the ball went out for a throw.  A fan near me questioned why it was a throw for the opposition and his mate said that it was because the ball had come off the corner of Dowies head.......

We were controlling the midfield up until they decided to bypass it entirely with Mateta dropping deep to hold it up. Smart switch from their manager.

Palace all over us as the half went on.

Where we devoted our time to passing it around the back all season, Palace spent at least some time getting their front line doing the same.

While we struggled to hold the ball and get a pass complete, they noticed the lack of bite in our midfield and passed their way easily through it.

AA looking very quiet again in a wider position. I can see why he prefers to be central, and probably means it for the PL, as he's not getting much from where he is. Dibling raw, and not with much support to do much. Aribo trying to shore things up is not really something he's best at, and it's showing.

Still, it's even and we can only hope for a better second half. Bedders' first foul is getting him a card though.

I’m starting to really dislike him, AA isn’t good enough but at least he has a go, Aribo, also not very good is totally lame and gutless, I can’t forgive that.
