You only have to look at what's happening at Utd with Garnacho and Rashford to know that players are on the whole really thick.

We need a ruthless manager to come in and get rid off the constant failures in this squad .. ,McCarthy, Bednarek, Armstrong (and Stephens when playing) have all been a huge part of the malaise and downward trend in recent years .
