He’s gone and he knows it. Sullied his reputation the last 2 months of this. Rasmus under huge pressure as well. I reckon SR might be re-structuring him out of things. Employ him for Goztepe only if they like him. Wish they’d sell up though. At a minimum, new manager, coaching, scouting team and DoF needed.

Lallana in charge until they get the DoF in place first.

We drew the 2nd half at least....

Watched the game in a bar in Lima and 2 other random Southampton-suffering fans were in attendance. He has to go now, surely?

As I said a few games back I actually feel nothing watching us get smashed now. When your manager is this bad, you can't expect to win any game at this level - all week to plan and a panic sub after 15 mins which makes F all difference? Give me a break, why did you send them out like that in the first place?! 🤡

Initially I wasn’t convinced by RM. But then Wembley happened and I thought he deserved a crack at it. We have had some dodgy decisions, unlucky deflections but enough now. I have mainly been a RM supporter but to be five down at home at half time against an injury hit Spurs. 
My main concern is what the next appointment would be. Most like Lallana till the end of the season.

Couldn't even score after Spurs completely gave up.  Commentator made me laugh when they described our style as the 'passive press'. What the fck is that exactly?! Stand off and get a hiding?

Martin interview -

Hurt at the first half

As a group we don't respond well to set backs

We had the chance to foul Djed Spence and we didn't (wtf 😂)

The most disappointing thing is we had a plan, loved the weeks training, but we didn't carry it out.

I didn't recognise our team in the first half (I did!!)

(What did you say at half time) Not very much

We have to accept were playing against a really top team

(On the fans reaction) - they were amazing second half. As a person the boos don't affect me, it's not personal. As a manager yeah, but I also understand it.

We have no choice but to work and fight, it's what I'll do until I'm told to do otherwise.

I still don't believe they'll sack him. I hope they do, but I really don't think they will. Sport Republic are as inept as Russell.
