If they sacked him after the Bournemouth game he’d probably have a new job back in the Champ by now. By stubbornly clinging on, Rasmus has cost Dragan more to sack him and ruined Russell’s chances of ever managing in the top two divisions again. In fact, this is far worse reputationally than Nathan Jones, I think his career as a manager is over and he admits he’s not a specialist coach. Probably focus more on restaurant and property businesses.

Russell and Rasmus deserve each other.
