That is Russball madness in a nutshell. Chelsea defence looking ropey so why the hell are we playing tippy-tappy at the back?

That was nothing to do with Russ... It was just a player making a poor one-off decision.... Or something.... 😉

9 mistakes leading to opposition goals now. How can everyone see we're shit at passing out from the back except for the one man that is in charge? Yes you can blame the players but if they're not good enough at doing that then surely you stop fucking doing it.

Do you think our 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice would have done better ?

Ramsdale and Bazunu, yes. Another example of people not caring about a keeper’s distribution, until a keeper has bad distribution.

If SR are determined to keep Martin, the only way that’s possible is that his ‘philosophy’ goes in the bin.

Looked good in open play but that is a horrific goal to concede and there’s been plenty like that.

Get their defence under pressure, tell the manager to fuck off and play it in Chelsea’s half.

Yeah, Ramsdale and Bazunu never passed it straight to the opposition or to a player who was so under pressure they immediately lost it.
