Yes. Had been wondering whether to go , had just about decided to, in spite of Monday's display, then just got email saying we can't have our own seats because they're closing the whole Kingsland stand.

They just don't get it, do they?  We were disrupted by the moving of away fans, but did manage to move with some of the friends and neighbours we'd met in years of sitting in the same place...and now they want us to sit with strangers in the 'wrong' part of ground. It's a social thing going to football, not a commercial transaction as they seem to think. Never mind fan zones, food and drink outlets etc, just let me watch football with the people I know.

Disappointing the Kingsland stand is closed, was planning to treat myself to a padded seat in block 31

This may or may not be sarcasm. But some supporters do disparage ‘the padded seats’.

But they are directly opposite the Directors’ Box and the manager’s seat, offering the same views of the game, but without the inconvenience of looking directly into the sun.

So arguably the best seats in the ground.

What a shame to take these seats away from people who have paid for them and to deprive other supporters of the chance to try them on a one-off basis

We used to sit in these seats right from when the stadium opened. Then they priced us out of them because our money wasn’t good enough. I have sat in them and they’re uncomfortable. There’s a bar that goes across where your feet want to be restricting leg room. Worse than EasyJet.

Season ticket holder reserved seats now released so loads of availability in Itchen Centre for any displaced Kingsland supporters who want equivalent seat

There is no equivalent in the centre.
