He's playing off of Chris Wood in that game against a terrible CB partnership.

It is hard to defend Martin sometimes. No issues with the team although I'm disappointed to not see Lallana, he was a proper leader on the pitch last week.

However 5 strikers on the bench is madness. The only defensive cover is KWP. Defenders can easily be sent off and are equally at risk of injury.

Pleased to see Onauchu on the bench, but either Armstrong, Archer, or Stewart has to give way for him.

Oh well always good to moan before the game. Ensures one's words will be pushed back down one's throat.

Can't just play out when it makes it sense to - let's do it literally every time. 

Can't just make a substitution - let's do four at once.

Can't just have attacking options on the bench - let's have five strikers. 

No nuance or balance. Just shit or bust. It's weird.

More worried about the lack of CB cover than Cornet playing upfront. The other two strikers we signed seem useless so why not. Shame there's no Lallana but maybe as it's an away game against a quick side he wants the extra protection with Ugochukwu.

Absolutely - it does stink of a Manager under pressure but not really knowing his best team or how to get a result. Having said that, I’ve no real issue with Cornet as he has pace, can shoot and has been known to score goals in the Prem. It also introduces an unknown entity and so might release space for Dibling. We’ll see.

It is odd but; 

• Lots of attackers in the squad to try to keep happy
• Do you really see Wood or Edwards coming on? Far more likely to bring on KWP and swap Taylor to LCB.
• Omni-Stephens is still suspended
• Maybe Cornet can hit a cow's arse with a banjo?
• Lallana to manage the last 35 mins of the game?
