Another goal where it started with nothing up top. They run at us and score

be lucky not to ship 4 or 5 here with this set up.

but hey, Martin is the man… right?

As said, calling it.
if you think he will be here by Xmas, good for you. I disagree

I don't think he will be either. Never said he would be. But I'm not calling for it as our team is just not good enough.

2-0

That's what happens when you play with pace and intent.

That was a decent goal all round, and showed everything that Russball doesn't.

RM is, once again, showing that he's out of his depth.

I admire him for stick to a principle. However he is not Pep who tbf is making a couple of errors himself.

Nothing against our team, but we are not world class Champions League winners.

Please can we play the Saints way, oh dear just conceded goodnight…,,

why? It didnt work in the championship and so it was never going to work at premier league level

In a formation with a striker and two wingers, not with Fernandes playing as one of two weird false 9 roles alongside Dibling.

This. I love how people take things totally out of context on here. They aren't playing in midfield.

And now a deflection. We ain't playing well, but we're getting bent over. And all of that from fernandes recieving a two handed push right in front of Oliver and nothing being given.

It would be quicker to name the players who are doing ok. Downes, and…..

Taylor has been ok. Fernandes has found some space on occasion.

We are utterly appalling.

Would be great if he had a German international defender to bring into this squad. Ideally one that is physically dominant and can play with the ball too. Hyphenated name always a plus.

Martin needs to get over his issues with ABK because we need him desperately.

Even if we somehow won this 3-2 I’d still sack him. Dibling up front is ridiculous. We’ve been dreadful and playing out from the back is creating nothing. Fuming.

That may be, but the players are Championship players so we've not got a chance.

That does not mean we stick with Martin and effectively give up. I doh t the owners gambled in nothing with the 6th biggest net spend in the country

sooner Martin goes, the better

We've moved from him "sticking rigidly to his principles come what may" to putting the team through a random selection and formation generator and sticking on any old shit out there.

At least this means Martin will be gone. Worst performance of the season so far which says a lot.

You'd hope so but he's got his charity game at St. Mary's mid October. Makes things a little more complex.

Yes let’s pay 2 managers and end up with the same result at the end of the season.
