Oh come on FS, you could’ve said the same about Rob Edwards and Luton last season. They weren’t good enough over 38 games but they got respect, some memorable wins, did the basics well and were well in the vast majority of games. And this squad is better and more expensive than they had. I don’t think anyone will keep us up but after this latest disaster just some self-respect, organisation and beating the 22/23 low points total would be success.

I’m gonna say it. I’ve tried to be patient and fair plus understand what he’s trying to do - I acknowledge he did a pretty good job last year considering the train wreck he inherited (whilst noting our players were significantly superior to most of the league which helps.) but I want him gone. I don’t enjoy the football - there’s no goal threat, I understand the philosophy but it just doesn’t work and wont work in this league with the players we have. It’s too easy to play and score against.

 

No, I have no idea who should come in. But I think he needs to go pretty soon.

Adrian Durham really hates us doesn’t he. Absolutely relishing it. Even squeezed in mention of 9-0 to Leicester somehow.

Everyone here is moaning about us conceding 3 goals and Martin being broken, and there’s a reason for that. Our 51% possession is the lowest we’ve had since the 22/23 season.

Laughing stock of the league really...

For weeks now I've felt we needed to play a front 2. Archer and BBD or another combination of our shit strikers. We don't have a proper CF thanks to negligent recruitment (not including Onuachu as we refuse to play him for some reason). Honestly think this squad best suits 4-4-2 and a counter attacking style. We have pace in this team but we don't utilise it. We're slow and ponderous. We put our own defence under pressure for no benefit. We don't use the transition at all. Win the ball, pass it back. It's a shit flawed game plan that is being exposed time and time again.

Yep. Gave it a good go which is all you can realistically ask for. This isn't that.

All those who said Bompey were shit before this started - 🤣🤣🤣🤣

They gave Liverpool problems just didn’t score. Remember these are our easy games. Arsenal will bend us over and destroy us. Crap recruitment - too many squad players, too little quality. Always, always going to show us up. I mean seriously Nathan fucking Wood. Russ’s buddy, of no use whatsoever in the prem. Bloated wank squad. Very little quality. Even Flynn looks crap tonight.
