Expand I think my main concern with him is that he doesn't have much of a track record in football which is unusual at the level he is now operating at. Plus we heard from and read about Jason Willcox regularly yet this guy seems happy to jog along in the background. I suppose he could quietly be doing a brilliant job for the club - we have to hope so but I'm afraid he doesn't inspire me. 1
