That gk has some attitude, would not mind them in goal, if we're going to give away stupid goals we may as well have someone who can do a good swoon/hair flick.

The serious answer is to copy nfl, and have a draft system and salary cap.  Everything should be weighted towards 8-8 and every club has a chance, even if it might take a few years to get there.
