Swansea fans did warn us about Wood. Just such an odd signing. Horrendous player.

Cheap 5th choice, plus a signing for if we go down and lose THB. He won't play much this season I would think.

If ABK realises he has no other option, perhaps he will knuckle down and prove himself?

Or am I thinking wishfully that he might develop a professional attitude?

If ABK doesn’t get a move away Wood will be sixth choice. Not one to worry about this season.

Wishful thinking I think. Shame, because he's a hell of a player on his day.

How did this questionable attitude start again?

Edwards has also looked very suspect.

To be fair, he's making the jump from league 1, and has had to partner Wood.

ABK doing some tidy defending too.

Yep. Class above Edwards and Wood. I don't think anyone questions his ability, it's always been his fitness and attitude. I'd love it if he knuckled down and I wouldn't even mind seeing him in a back 3 with Jan and THB. And I'm not a fan of the back 3.

His best days are definitely behind him but Lallana still has that deft close control

I remember watching him in the reserves before he made his breakthrough. He was very special then, and class like that (as a player) never goes.

With the exception of Fernandes, our best player

ABK is good enough for the first team.

His attitude isnt according to some on here, where did that originally come from?

Akachukwu on. Another debut.

I'm looking forward to seeing what this lad has got. Big talent by all accounts.

It wasn't really a bad attitude, although being around Salisu didn't help, more a lack of momentum.

He had his shoulder problem and then wanted to go back to Germany

Maybe now he will stay and knuckle down

Not exactly peppering their goal in search of a winner are we?

More marinating it overnight
