Saint Fan CaM Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 At last - 7 minutes left and Smallbone off. Shit. 1

Harry_SFC Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 Well this is incredibly damning. YET another terrible display at home to Forest. 1
Micky Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 No doubt RM will love the boys for being very, very brave today. 1 1

Edmonton Saint Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 Dibling more attack minded in ten seconds than Smallbone was all match. And What the fuck was that Edozie ? 3

Mr X Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 We do naff all with the ball when we have all this possession so what's the point? 1
Patches O Houlihan Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 Taylor & Fernandes creating best opportunity if the game 2

Ralph Fastenbüttl Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 As comical as the collective bedwetting on here is, I do concede that I'd love to see how we'd get on: a) Without Smallbone in midfield b) Without Jack at CB or wedged uncomfortably into FB c) With Edozie far, far away from the stadium where he can do no harm 5

Saint NL Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 How did we end up with Dibling and Fernandes over that freekick? Two youngsters stepping up, where are the senior players? Real lack of leadership on the pitch today 2
SNSUN Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 I do think we will improve as the season goes on and we find our feet and our new signings bed in - I also think that survival may be possible because of other crap teams. But this home loss against an iffy Forest side does already hurt a bit. 2
badgerx16 Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 I can count our total shots on target on the thumb of one hand. 2
Saint NL Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 6 mins injury time and at least 1.5 mins taken up by fake injuries and subs

northam soul Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 I have believed for ages tha Smallbone and Aribo in midfield in this league and we are doomed. They are not mobile enough and don’t offer enough quality in an attacking sense. We look toothless up top with Diaz and Armstrong so not sure how we change this going forward. 1
obelisk Posted 24 August, 2024 Posted 24 August, 2024 It's taken some youngsters to come on and show any sort of attacking intent. They obviously haven't been listening to RM. 2
