Give it to Ron Posted Sunday at 17:35 Posted Sunday at 17:35 1 minute ago, Harry_SFC said: He wasn't as bad as Aribo but he gave away a very clumsy penalty and lost his man for their goal that was disallowed. He just isn't consistent enough at the moment and to play him in a two with Aribo was basically suicidal. That’s the issue who else can we play there we don’t have anyone it’s the reason why TP gets a bit of selection we have nobody else as target or focal point
washsaint Posted Sunday at 18:28 Posted Sunday at 18:28 THe guy is bloody useless. Never want to see him in a Saints shirt again. Simply strolled his way through the game yesterday, making mistake after mistake and jogging back as opposed to trying to fix his mistakes. Did CHelsea really pay 22 million for him?

Agree, the shrug of his shoulders said it all, needs to be put in a taxi back to Chelsea, they owe us a decent loan in replacement, preferably a striker 1
S-Clarke Posted Sunday at 18:48 Posted Sunday at 18:48 I thought he was horrendous to be honest, terrible touch and slow as shit. 'Chelsea aren't stupid' - yeah, they probably are tbh. 1

Saint_clark Posted Sunday at 23:05 Posted Sunday at 23:05 Is it fair to say that it's pretty much impossible to properly assess at the moment because it seems after every game the posts in here switch between him being a quality, under utilised played to being a donkey. 1 1

I hate their football model. 4
Lighthouse Posted Sunday at 23:38 Posted Sunday at 23:38 He’s an enigma. I can see why Chelsea paid £22m for him AND I can see how a player as crap as Aribo could keep him out the side. 2
sledger Posted Monday at 02:03 Posted Monday at 02:03 whatever he might be at the moment hes lazy, weak, desperately slow and doesnt appear to be able to motivate himself to give a sh+t 1

People see what they want to see - in the West Ham game he was the next big thing after evil Russ had left him out in the cold because they weren’t mates. Reality is, he’s crap, he’s been crap in every game he’s played this season with the possible exception of United at home which we still lost 3-0. Bournemouth he was dire; slow, weak, lack of concentration. Brentford he was dire; slow, weak, lack of concentration. What an enormous disappointment this loan has turned out to be, I was really excited about him after the struggle to cover Downes last season.
saintwbu Posted Monday at 11:23 Posted Monday at 11:23 Did anybody else see him jog up the pitch towards Aribo to tell him to follow the Brentford player, whilst Brentford broke straight down the middle with both our midfielders now stuck out on the right wing? Absolutely bizarre, sunday league type stuff.
Saint Fan CaM Posted Monday at 15:33 Posted Monday at 15:33 He’s a youth loanee in a broken squad expected to deploy experience he’s not gained. He’s a player that should be on the bench to learn from seasoned pro’s used to playing at the top level of the sport, coming on in the last 10 minutes to see out a game or to replace an injured player. Expectations of the lad have been hugely distorted thanks to a massively flawed SR strategy and this is borne out of the results seen before and after he started games. Plus he’s no worse than most other players currently being wheeled out. Plus he’ll be brilliant in the Championship.😉

BotleySaint Posted Monday at 16:51 Posted Monday at 16:51 Clearly not ready yet. Wouldn't get into any other team in the Premier League. Just hope Juric can see this and take action to drop him or send him back to Chelsea and make space for a more experienced loan player.

chivvy Posted Monday at 17:36 Posted Monday at 17:36 (edited) Ha had a bad game and has to learn from it. I wouldn't write him off yet.. plus we have little other options. Edited Monday at 17:36 by chivvy

macca155 Posted Monday at 21:27 Posted Monday at 21:27 (edited) Harsh to judge him on that game alone, he was hopelessly exposed. Has a bit about him at times but he seriously needs to up the work rate. Edited Monday at 21:28 by macca155 1
