Turkish Posted April 5 Posted April 5 (edited) Leeds- clear at the top a few months ago, as things stand now in the play offs. Sunderland well clear of fifth but not much chance of automatic promotion. Is History repeating itself? Edited April 5 by Turkish

obelisk Posted April 5 Posted April 5 I suppose it would be preferable to be relegated at home. VAR trying to deny Ipswich a goal is par for the EPL course.
OldNick Posted April 5 Posted April 5 i really dont want ipswich to stay up, theres something about their manager i really dont like.Last mnuteequaliser for Wolves would be amusing 1

Happy days. And to think Kieran McKenna was being considered for the England job when Southgate went.

Yes, think tomorrow show be a relegation party, let’s not have MOTD2 showing some nods crying. They’ve had a whole season to get used to the idea of going down, shouldn’t be a shock to the system.

HarvSFC Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Brereton-Diaz and Armstrong not very well liked at their loan clubs at the moment. BBD: "Brereton-Diaz had one good game since we signed him?" "his touch is terrible and can’t dribble with the ball at all" "He’s massively coasting and needs to up it. Poor since he re signed" "Do we have a receipt for Ben Brereton Diaz?" "Never seen a professional with a touch that poor. Always goes in the air whenever he’s bringing a ball under." Armstrong: "He has to go for purely insisting on picking Adam Armstrong when we have 3 better options up top in Grant, Lankshear, Dike" "It would appear that Adam Armstrong is a bit shit." "How many games do either persist with with Adam Armstrong because he’s called Adam Armstrong. I can’t see what he’s offering" "What does Adam Armstrong do?" "Has Adam Armstrong got naked pics of Tony Mowbray? He’s been crap yet again" I had a small glimmer of hope that they could actually do something in the Championship for us next season.

I still can't see how BBD scored goals for Blackburn. He just doesn't strike me as a footballer when I see him on the pitch.

Clearly papering over the cracks for a bit when he left them. Elsewhere, Swansea not going anywhere without Martin and Blackburn finally unable to keep going without AA and BBD.

Pamplemousse Posted Monday at 19:11 Posted Monday at 19:11 Leicester are going well. 2-0 down already.

East Kent Saint Posted Monday at 19:20 Posted Monday at 19:20 3 Leicester defenders trotting back as the cross fired home ! Sounds familiar
sandwichsaint Posted Monday at 19:27 Posted Monday at 19:27 All a bit academic now but are Leicester actually worse than us?
suewhistle Posted Monday at 19:29 Posted Monday at 19:29 Two in 11 and nearly a third (says my newspaper). Possibly worse than us then, although Saints could still do a mega disaster in our match there. Is it on telly, it might even entertain the neutrals?

Mboto Gorge Posted Monday at 20:24 Posted Monday at 20:24 So, here’s an interesting stat. When Leicester won 3-2 at St Mary’s, that put them onto 9 points from 8 games. We had 1 point. Since then we’ve won 9 points and they’ve only won 8. So in reality they’re even worse than us 1
Sunglasses Ron Posted Tuesday at 05:42 Posted Tuesday at 05:42 I’m very disappointed that Leicester achieved a record last night that we could also have had.

Leicester fans I know think they are in big trouble next season, club in a mess, about half of season ticket holders bothered to turn up last night vs Newcastle. Think they are trying to muscle in on our record breaking season by setting some new ones of their own , EIGHT home defeats in a row without scoring Edited Tuesday at 06:11 by Football Special 1
Lighthouse Posted Tuesday at 14:07 Author Posted Tuesday at 14:07 I think if an alien spaceship landed on this planet and they asked me to explain Tottenham Hotspur, this is the picture I’d show them.
Willo of Whiteley Posted Tuesday at 19:18 Posted Tuesday at 19:18 Fast start between Arsenal and Real Madrid. Arsenal had better chances in the opening 18 mins. I’m sure if they don’t win Arteta will pin it on the officials within seconds.
StDunko Posted Tuesday at 20:11 Posted Tuesday at 20:11 What a goal by, just turned 19, Agyemang only 41 seconds into her England debut.
benali-shorts Posted Tuesday at 20:14 Posted Tuesday at 20:14 Brereton subbed off at half time, and Armstrong after 60 mins as our two heroes tear up the Championship. 1

Saint_clark Posted Wednesday at 20:52 Posted Wednesday at 20:52 Bollocks, PSG get a third. Villa were doing brilliantly. Makes the second tie incredibly difficult, almost impossible.
LiberalCommunist Posted Wednesday at 21:13 Posted Wednesday at 21:13 Got to hope Villa feel they are still in that tie. I want us to face a second string on Sat.
