Maggie May Posted Sunday at 15:07 Posted Sunday at 15:07 Portsmouth showing faith in their manager is paying dividends. Shame we couldn’t do the same. 5

The bloke was clearly out of his depth and had no clue, or it seems intention of making changes in how we set up. This was clear to every man and their dog by the Bournemouth game at the very latest. Their home form is the only reason they are staying up. Absolutely awful away. 1
Pamplemousse Posted Sunday at 17:43 Posted Sunday at 17:43 I'm not worried about the skates anyway, Plymouth picked up some crucial home wins at the back end of last season, they beat Leicester for instance, and now look at them. 1
LGTL Posted Sunday at 17:56 Posted Sunday at 17:56 Current sides and they’d dick us at Fratton. No question about it, our bunch of weasels would bottle it. Hopefully by the end of next summer we’re a different proposition. Hoping we face them away post Christmas.

OnceaSaintalwaysaSaint Posted Sunday at 18:42 Posted Sunday at 18:42 Half watching the Man U Arsenal game, I'm thinking: Is this the most boring premier league season ever? It's more than we have runaway leaders (who really don't need the assistance they get from refs every game) and the bottom three sorted with 10 games to go. The football seems so sterile and there's something sad about the commentators trying to hype it all up. There's too many self-interests for things to change but when the main interest seems to be which team will come 4th and 5th in the league, there's something wrong. 2

Yeah, it’s a pretty terrible league. As uncompetitive as Scotland this season.

Yeah but if they don't go up, and a weaker team does instead, it makes our promotion challenge next season more difficult (assuming we don't do a Luton). 2

Dont they lose their parachute payments for next season? - if not they must be in their final year so half what they were this season. Financially could make difference to them losing their best players.

They will go up automatically I suspect.

S-Clarke Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Absolute nonsense by Sky Sports today if anyone saw it. The video is still on YouTube, but it's been removed from all their social media. They're trying to proclaim that ex referee Dermot Gallagher is amazing by estimating 10 yards in the studio, somehow oblivious to the fact that anyone watching can see the black mark he's walking to, which is amazingly 10 yards away. ApprenticeBillionaire Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago I don't get the Potter hype. Blokes not exactly pulling up trees there is he. West ham were 14th when he took over, they're currently 16th and I wouldn't like to imagine what West Ham are paying him.

Referees are an embattled bunch and will tend to support each other.
