Meanwhile a judge allowed a Somalian refugee criminal to stay in the UK as being returned to Somalia would be too stressful for him.

Maybe if he agreed to stop making the libellous claims that resulted in his incarceration in the first place, that might help his appeal?

Failing that, he ought to employ nic to head up his appeal team on the grounds that a Somalian doesn’t have to go back to Somalia.

Somebody jailed for contempt of Court expecting another Court to reduce his sentence.  Seems unlikely to happen.

FWIW I don’t agree with the judge’s decision and I suspect it’ll be over-ruled. But that DT article is pure race-baiting and very misleading. If the Mail did that they’d get hammered but because the DT is printed on bigger paper outright dishonesty seems to be OK.
