Our passing looks much, much better. Quicker, more accurate, finding players further forward. This looks like the type of football we were supposed to be playing last season.

There's a place for a 4-3-3 and I hope we play it against weaker teams but I think this is the right set up for a very good Newcastle team. Tough to know which of BBD or AA to drop instead of Archer in this formation.
