I think Kelly Friel will be defending her CrossFit world title soon too. Cannot even begin to explain the fitness level you need to be at to even get to national level in this sport

Was in the pub where they were showing the fight and I've always found boxing totally boring and tedious (too disaplined for me, I much prefer MMA) but when it was pointed out to me that he had a Saints badge on his belt I became a massive supporter!

You don't get this sense of unity if you support Man United or Liverpool or one of them lot.

do they still do Boxing nights at the Guildhall? 20 odd years ago they used to do some good ones, mainly lads out of Jack Bishops club down by Ocean Village, used to be a good night.
