I am interested in how the actual result would come out in comparison with the poll. Not that a bunch of mostly middle aged/old white blokes on a footy forum make up an average demographic! Anyway, the Ugly have got one so if it’s good enough for them…

I voted already, it's crazy to me that more people don't postal vote, it's so much more convenient.

But then you can't lie about how you voted to the people conducting the exit polls.

My polling station is at the end of my road, a minute’s walk. I find it a bit of a rites of passage to wander down there of an evening and fill out a slip.

Absolutely and same for me. I have made sure the kids when they were at home accompany us as well and tell them their is fuck all inheritance if they think of voting Tory. Although think is something like 2% of under 25s will vote Tory.

Postal vote would be a pain in the arse having to find a postbox and then you have the complication of working out where the envelope goes.

Farage says NATO and the EU provoked the Russian invasion of Ukraine. I wonder if he feels Poland provoked the Germans in 1939.

The only thing I admire about Farage is how someone God made so ugly doesn’t want to hide from camera.

Funny these patriots embrace our enemies and convince the fucking stupid they care about national security. Yes Trousers they are fucking stupid.

I have suddenly arranged a trip away and won't be here for the vote and the hand-wringing so I have had to arrange a proxy vote for the first time.

Well they did hang around on Germany's borders looking tempting.

My constituency has been solid Tory for decades if not forever. 2019 they had 54% of the votes with the LDs on 24% and Labour on 18%.

The tactical voting sites say the LDs have the best chance of beating the Tories but it seems to me Its Labour who are massively stronger compared to the 2019 Corbyn flop against Johnson while the LDs have largely drifted. Still undecided.

Reform party for me this time. Tories are an utter mess, so cannot vote for them. Starmer is a Muppet with no ideas and no answers. Liberals are useless as always they are. Reform will at least be different and despite what the usual wallies on here think, they do have manifesto points that are totally in line with what most people want. But of course, like Trump, people have an irrational hatred of Farage and co due to what they read in the media and see on social memes.

No taxes and no immigration innit. Moot but would be funny hearing the howling about their mortgage rates. Make Truss look like she had some grasp of macro economics

It's easy to play the populist card when you know you have no chance of winning. Your economic arguments could be picked apart by a primary school maths class, and your revisionist social and historical narratives appeal to the gullible, knuckle dragging, unthinking pseudo-nationalists who in other times might have followed their Fuhrer / Emperor / Duce / Great Leader down the ashen path to destruction.

I wouldn’t say the hatred was irrational. He says himself, what you see is what you get. The people who hate him hate what they see and what they get.

Has anyone got any idea what they are going to " get " with any of the others ?

I personally for the first time in my life don't think any party is worth a fuck in this election.

So you choose to vote for the biggest cunts?

Friend of mine works in council and said was telling that when UKIP (now Reform) had surge in council seats they were the ones that were desperate to get every freebie they were entitled to, iPads, phones etc and contrasted starkly even with Conservatives

These people have no sense of service, just angry mouthpieces out for what they can get. And the thick cunts follow cos hey they are going to make your life great again.

I think it is pretty clear that whoever wins the election is in for a hard time. The lack of investment in public  services for 14 years has left the next government with an uphill struggle for years. Taxes need to go up but are already too high. The growth we need isn’t going to come without investment. I don’t envy the task of the next PM but one thing is for sure, it would be absolute madness to vote the people back in who are responsible for getting us into this mess in the first place.
Hopefully we will not only get a different government, but also a different main opposition party too.

No, I choose to vote for NONE of them. You are so eager to throw in an aggressive retort, you can't even bother to read the comment properly and insinuate others are thick cunts . Jesus.

Wow. The "moral superiority" because some people say they will vote differently to others is staggering.

Not a surprise, mind, but still staggering.

You don’t feel “morally superior” when you think you have taken the piss out of someone on here for posting an opinion? People in glass houses…

Apologies to any Green voters here. I forgot to add them to list so you will need to vote for them under Other. I tried to set the poll up several times but kept getting something wrong. I had them on all of my other attempts but missed them off when I did the last successful one. Sorry! 🙄

Everyone is morally, intellectually and any other type of superior when they are taking the piss out of you ;)

Hence why I said it wasn't a surprise.

See the Brexit thread for show of tolerance to the twats who voted for higher taxes and no GDP growth. I am morally superior there too mocking the ‘control’ they have taken back. It’s hard to keep up with the benefits

You're wasted on here Whelk.  You should be out campaigning and going door-to-door.

Hi , apologies for the late reply as I was out of posts, I don't consider even a few quid worth it just to argue that bit more on here. Anyway to your question, yes I am one and the same . So can you trust me on what I say ? I ask that because that's the same dilemma you will have on July 4th , stood in the polling booth with that pencil in your hand.

Could be a thick cunt on my political views, a thick cunt on thinking a forum poll is anonymous, a liar, hypocrite or just someone that would ( successfully ) invoke a reaction amongst a few people who don't appear to have much else in life other than insist their views are accepted on this forum .

Anyway, be it politics, angling or just getting a reaction, remember just get the right bait in the right place at the right time and you're sure to get a bite.

Do you know Farage is a keen angler ?

Thought not.

You don't need to meet Nigel Farage to know he is a bullshitter.

Do tell us all about the many hours and days you yourself have spent in his personal company though.

That is the issue with all you dead heads. You suck up all you see and read on MSM and do not bother to try and look into things more. You have all been successfully brainwashed by the tell lie vision and the state. And that is why the UK and many other western style democracies are falling apart; because you are all so dumb you just let them walk all over you and lap up all the lies and BS. You are now getting what you fully deserve.

Where are these countries where it's switched on citizens who have 'saved' their democracy by ignoring the MSM brainwashing and doing their own research, helping them to vote in better governments that have solved all the problems. Are there any or are your posts just rhetorical bullshit.
