Lymington Saint
Just watched it. Not an easy watch, but in an odd sort of way an uplifting programme. One fantastically brave man. If you haven't watched it then it is really worth picking up on iPlayer. Given all the nonsense going on in the world at the moment it does kind of put things into perspective
badgerx16
The fact that somebody 5 ft 5in tall could be one of the greatest rugby league players of all time is incredible enough, but his story after he stopped playing throws an awful lot of what we might view as our 'troubles' into perspective. The pictures of Kevin Sinfield carrying Rob over the line at the end of their charity run was inspiring and gut wrenching at the same time. Along with Dodie Weir, Rob's illness whilst tragic at leat served to raise public awareness of a dreadful condition and boost fund raising for new treatment and research facilities. We will always have the videos of his incredible Challenge Cup performances. Edited June 4 by badgerx16

Very sad and inevitable end but also can be proud of his legacy in making so many aware.
