Bookies weren't far off - Ipswich to be promoted at 11/2 was the longest winning odds. 

You can get 200/1 on Saints to finish top 4 next season. Back to reality...

Quite surprised Ipswich were as short as that, tbh. Think we were something like 15/1 in 2011/12

Oddschecker has us as only 4th favourites to go down at the end of the 24/25 Premier League season. Bookies think Leicester, Ipswich and Everton are all at higher risk

Really surprised at Ipswich being so short. I didn't think they'd be relegation fodder but never thought they'd be promoted either. I had them about 10th.

It was no secret of how the club changed around after Marcus Evans sold out to Gamechanger, nor how they pursued McKenna. They were one of the best backed sides in League One and had decent quality along the spine of the team which they added to in both transfer windows. No surprise that they were up there all season.
