miserableoldgit Posted 28 April, 2024 Posted 28 April, 2024 (edited) I suspect there are many that feel like this. I sort of do. Of course I want to see Saints compete at the highest level, but "compete" is the operative word. Is the PL the be all and end all? Do we want be a yo-yo club between PL and Champ....one season happy...next season depressed? Like it or not, we are probably never going to have the investment to compete at the top of the PL. We would be very lucky to find Koeman or a Poch to relive the glory days that we had under them. It is a real conundrum. https://www.sportbible.com/football/football-news/man-city/mark-goldbridge-brighton-man-utd-premier-league-953270-20240425?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR2pi7giQ0HCwoZsHJfhe2Yp6Eq32M0sHnodNEgKguwKaoUZOw67uRCTN7w_aem_ASSoqsECnYAipNSCS6otJFAJEL99r4HkvY4lLn5LNbPJo8x4xybtpod6HbyC0y2FUy2EcntSVZKZ4bYsd2i4Fg-z Edited 28 April, 2024 by miserableoldgit
