I'm not a big fan, but this kind of criticism is over the top. He saw Stephens going beyond him and he had his back to goal, so it wasnt the worst idea.

Disagree. For basically every loss we've made 4-5 changes, most unforced, and we've broadly decided to line up with no CDM, or with just one defensive player and the other 5 midfield/attack players being just CAMs/wingers/strikers... absolutely zero defensive shape. Totally lost the plot and unsettled team. Our defensive woes come because defensively, the central 3rd of the field just hasn't existed. Look at the vast majority of the goals, the other team goes straight through us.

Nah, Russ and his stupid philosophy can fuck off. You can’t keep pissing about at the back when it’s absolutely not on and expect to get away with it. Absolutely ridiculous

Goal forward we look dangerous and fluid. At the back we are shambolic. I'm actually better at football than Manning.
