Sport Republic's transfer philosophy seems to be a 180 (and just as extreme) from when they came in. Signing older, over the hill players - a few years ago they would have been great but the likes of Ings, Ox, Reed, Lallana are all well past their 'best before' date. These are the stats taken from the PL web site. That is 39 games in the past 4 seasons and 4 goals in that time. Superb player but, unfortunately, has been plagued with injuries. Reed makes sense, I can understand that one.
