He is a decent sub in prem, and was probably offered short term contract on that basis 

 

I hope it works out well for him as seems a decent bloke but we need to be aiming for better performing and more consistency for a prem midfield. As an attacking midfielder he was a key player in our relegation season, with 2 goals and 1 assist, and personally I felt responsible for several goals against with taking risks in dangerous positions and not tracking or tackling.

Two year older and recovering from injury, would he be more than a sub coming on to input some drive (which he does very well).

We need to use Dibling much more this season, he seems to have bulked up a bit too.

I think he's the best youngster since Shaw. But Shaw got games. He should have got plenty of minutes last season. I think he's going to be a class player
