This could work...

Or this in shades of red and white, should they wish to go cray cray on our ass...?!

(Not against a traditional theme, but would love to see this worked up).

The red and white one reminds me of a special version for when we were in Europe.  Didn't buy it

As a possible away kit, i don't actually hate this - or something like it (although it does feel like it belongs more in Rugby league etc).

Gives me vibes of the old Dimplex diagonal away for some reason...

Reminds me of something a cyclist might wear. You know, the lycra clad bastard too far into the middle of the road that you can't get past on a windy country road for five miles .

Definite "no" from me.

Think we might curse leaving Hummel.

Whilst we’re talking about Saints’ kits, I grabbed this screenshot a few years ago from an episode of “Seconds From Disaster: Black Hawk Down (2012)” This scene is when the locals are breaking into a crashed helicopter. When did we use this shirt?

I thought BHD was based on something that happened in 1992?

sure that shirt was 95-97

Would look super tops in that colourway. Maybe even as a training top.

They used to paint our warships like this in WW2 to camouflage them. We have enough trouble finding our players in the box as it is.

OK that we have to have alternative kit in different colours, but for goodness sake let's have our first shirt in red and white stripes

in any combination you like, but it's never quite the same when we have all manner of "fashionable designs " but it's just not SAINTS.

Navy blue shorts for the red and white striped home kit please. Our original kit sets us apart from the others.

Oh, and yellow and blue for away kit too please....stripes would also be good as we have done before.

Great time to be a saints fan, what a cracking weekend, saw so many shirts from  the past at Wembley, everyone digging one out from the bottom drawer, one of my favourites I saw was one I had back in the day , must be 1998 or thereabouts, nice and simple broad red and white stripes, Sanderson sponsors, let’s hope the new kit is similar but let’s hope it goes on sale sooner rather than later while there’s a buzz about us as more people will buy a shirt whilst things are going well, we have new fanzones being created, away fans being moved, safe standing, premiership footy , hopefully a few quid to improve the squad and happy saints fans, there’s a great energy so let’s kp it going through the summer, let’s get a decent kit on sale and people will wear it with pride through the summer. Next stop for us sport minded people is Hampshire for the cricket in another fantastic stadium , we are lucky in these parts,  a lovely few weeks to relax and look forward to next season with SFC. Good times!!!

Do we get a new main shirt sponsor next season?

Good point, I think so. Just checked back and saw that we signed a new three-season deal with them to start in 2021/22, so should be a new name (or renewal).

I'm not bothered about a kit but I really hope we try to bin off gambling sponsors and find a company we can develop more of a long term tie with, even better if they have some local affinity, a bit like the Brighton & Amex link which has worked brilliantly for both parties.

Without the red backs!!!!

I always thought it was a rule now that you had to have plain backs but apparently it's not?  Why do so many clubs do it?

I think it’s a rule only for the Euro comps?

If Brentford can get it right, so can we.

Be interesting to see the front, the back looks smart but with the navy instead of black to match the shorts

Different club, different kit maker... but here's what our fellow red-and-white stripers Stoke have got for the new season

Shirt should have been available to buy at the parade thing on Monday

Hindsight and all that.

It's a nice idea but Saints are contracted with Hummel until the end of June, with the Puma deal starting on July 1.

Don't expect we can/will see anything before then for legal reasons.

Very disrespectful that they didn't feature Nathan Jones in their promo, with all due respect.

AC Milan’s new Puma kit. This would do (with red neck/cuffs) but I’d still prefer collar & v-neck. Also it has the awful plain back… Like the basic stripes though.
