I do prefer red being the dominant colour rather than white but that's nothing more than a personal preference.

Has it actually been confirmed anywhere that Draper is the shirt sponsor?

I bet the contents of my garage that Draper Tools are not going to be on the front of the shirts.

Don't mind the shirt, quite like the amount of white on the front.  But judging by the design of the white down the bottom and sides you can bet your bollocks to a barn dance that it'll be an all white back to it.

Yep if it’s a white back then we are back to a similar unpopular shirt as we had the season before last! I like it from the front, the kit from our promotion to the prem in 2012 will do then, I have one somewhere.

Feels far more Saints.

I hate that, far prefer the 'white' version, feels fresher. But I showed my 9 year old as he's the target market and he prefers your red version, so I lose.

Personally I don't get all the fuss around inverting red and white, black collars, looking like Stoke or even plain backs. Its a fresh take on red and shite stripes, without producing something gopping. I'm just hoping the final shirt we do get has an inoffensive sponsors logo and the sleeves/shoulders don't look like two different kits have been sewn together.

Draper as new sponsors too. Kier Starmer will love that.

Football ultra, man and boy, often wonder what his Dad did for a living. 🤔

Puma logo shows up better on white, so that seems more likely.

When we go red and white stripes everyone comes out with, it’s too Stoke or too Sunderland, too Brentford or too Sheff Utd

so what would a red and white stripe shirt need to look like to not be that??!

only so much you can do.

This is true, if you look on the HFKs site, we have all done the same thing over the years with a red and white striped kit.

Amazing isn't it, they can get so close to a brilliant design and manage to fuck it up.

So a new mystery kit sponsor then !

I wonder what obscure betting firm it will be.

Yeah - can't imagine it will be Draper now.

I'd seen others claiming it will be "Duelbits" which is another gambling firm, but when finances are so crucial to performance you can't blame the club as you're only being left behind if you can't get that revenue in.

Clear now that it's just a mock-up as it ain't Draper on front of shirt (and old logo used) but if it was I'd say the more-white version was the better design.

Kits will never please everyone (thought last season was shit...the second time round!) but it's only for a year whatever it is.

Each to their own, the more white one makes me think of Stoke. The more red one reminds me of a lot of our kits from the past.

Draper should have kept the previous logo as the new font is a bit pony.

Pony was predominantly Sanderson era, wasn't it?

Quite by chance, this is how your post first appeared to me on my phone (with ads showing);

Supposedly it's a pink 3rd away kit.

No great surprise as many clubs have had a pink kit in recent years, we’re just catching up on the trend, and fashion.

1st July tomorrow. New financial year. New kit/sponsor announcement(s) ??

You'd hope so.

Deals will have expired at midnight tonight, and new sponsors will want their money's worth.

Don't mind the idea of a pink kit as long as it's a proper bright pink and not a dusky dull pink like Plymouth had last year or the year before.

Pink wouldn't make sense as an away strip if the home was predominantly red (imo), which suggests we may have a predominantly white (with red stripes) home kit. We'll see i guess.

It doesn't really matter because we'll just wear the pink kit away at places like Everton where we could easily wear our home kit but we won't because of the sweet sweet coin.

Banner on the app saying there’s a special Puma event at SMS on July 16, presumably that’ll be the home kit launch

Would make sense, as it’s exactly a month before the PL season begins and three days before the first game of preseason

Also from a Puma marketing perspective, will be two days after the Euros has finished

Entirely logical timing but dammit I wanted to be able to bitch about this today, not in two weeks

It was meant to be white, but the dipshit kitman left a pair of red socks in the washer.

I wouldn't have thought it was his fault, surely it would have been his wife's...

I'm sure it will be leaked ahead of that date anyway, when was the last time we had a home kit that wasn't leaked at least a week before ?
