Nothing wrong with that design in itself and no real problem with using an old template (you've got to be a real football nerd to notice, remember it or care) but who on earth signed off on the colours (assuming it's legit)?

Oh, and the sponsor looks shit too.

I am hoping it might be the keeper’s jersey. It would blind any poor bugger trying to take a shot.

What's wrong with the colours? It's red and white stripes, just very close together.

Not sure i'd reach much into it though. That sponsor has been added on afterwards as the dimensions are all wrong, then blurred to make it look in keeping with the Nokia 3210's camera capability it was taken on.

Agreed, although I've seen kit photos that looked fake and then been shocked when they turned out to be the real thing, so I only expect to be surprised either way. In the last few years away kits have become pretty wacky so I suppose this is in keeping with that mentality. Looks normal for a goalkeeper's kit, but I suppose it wouldn't sell as well if that's all it was. 

Besides, we'd only play a couple of times in it.

But lets be serious here for a second. The white chevrons look cluttered, the striped sleeves are bad and add to that clutter, and the stripes from the sleeves and the shirt body don't align. Its a shocking striped shirt.

The Saints one is lovely, but not a plain and simple red and white kit.

TBH I actually quite like the colour of the fake/mock-up above. I’d be more concerned that the sponsor is a great big white, stuck on, plastic splodge, which doesn’t match the kit at all.

My son wanted the new Bayern strip with Musiala on for his birthday. Ordered from Bayern directly on Monday, here today - amazing service. But anyway what struck me were the sponsor logos, they (Allianz and T-Mobile) are both completely black and blend into the strip really well. It actually looks good.  Why can't we do that?  Looks so much better than a weirdly coloured block of plastic stuck on.

Navy shorts is a really good look. Gets us away from Sunderland/Stoke/Brentford/Sheffield United, is a nod to our history, and looks much better than black.

Don’t think so the Inter Miami pink top is a massive seller, and there is a lot less stigma attached to pink and boys/men wearing the colour. It’s just a colour. I think because of this transformation in attitudes it is seen as a new colour and more appealing because it is still seen as slightly different and even on the edge, when really it is just a colour. Kids are wearing pink kits and the rise of pink footy boots is massive 

If they get it right I would buy it, I tried to buy the keepers pint top for the gym last season, but it went out of stock after coming in late, and never came back.

Surely that’s mostly down to a certain Lionel Messi though no?
