I'll tell you something, we are absolutely sensational at passing it around the back. Everything else is pretty average though.

We look better than we are - if that makes sense. It looks like we're bossing the game but we aren't really doing much with it. Some decent passes strung together, a bit of decent vision and then it seems to go nowhere and Coventry are then ready on the Counter attack.

tbf, our final 3rd end product has been poor due to sloppy play. Manning, Stu have made a number of poor passes when a relatively easy pass was on, and AA hasn't quite got his shooting boots on. With better player performances this would be 2-0. But yes, we are boring to watch. Can't argue. And when we aren't perfect, we drop points. Draws won't get us promoted.

When you say poor, usually against a packed defence, as we have re-grouped many times before we get to in/around their box.....We have the players we have, which are some of the best in this league.

Was thinking the same. Been a couple of times where they’ve turned and kept possession instead of trying to break, but in general I think we have been positive this eve

I think we re playing well overall. Yes, a lot of the moves don't come off ultimately, but it's nowhere near as bad as some are saying.

Plenty of moaning so far (tbf mostly from Jamie who seems to be particularly uppity tonight) but it’s been alright so far. Coventry are not great this season but finished 5th last season, they’re no pushover. We’ve looked alright imo, nothing special but fairly solid. As an away performance it’s not yet one to start getting wet pants about. We’ve dominated, just no cutting edge (sounds familiar).
