The changes, not unexpectedly, open us up to make a couple of errors. Which is what Rotherham have been waiting on all game. This attitude is potentially quite damaging, so replying for educational purposes. 

The biggest predictor of coming back to life after cardiac arrest is time to CPR, limiting CPR interruptions (even seconds are important), and time to defibrillation if in a compatible rhythm. It’s also worth saying that if CPR is going to work it is probably going to work within the first 10 minutes, so it’s very time tight.

Never try to move someone unless it is literally unsafe to perform CPR in that area.
