In fairness we do have some right mongs as fans. It’s not the reason we are so shit but it’s a contributing factor in why we’ve been so shit for years

The poll was deleted accidentally, so apologies for that. On the other hand a poll asking if you want the manager sacked, immediately after a fourth successive defeat, is quite clearly only going to go massively in one direction, to the point that there’s very little point in having it.

I think it will be good to start a new poll immediately after today's comprehensive victory. You're correct it will look very different.

The reason we are shit is because our recruitment is appalling even in the championship this season we have not recruited anybody who is standout at the moment

Contrast it with Hampshire who do really well this season with players brought in from other counties like Fuller Barker Brown and Gubbins doing well

They also get rid of young players who unlikely to make the grade  to Div 2 teams but most home produced players do perform well for some of the season helping to win games

That's probably why SR picked us for the project/process (experiment/gamble) believing if it all went to shit they'd get little trouble from most of our crowd other than a bit of half-hearted booing from a couple of corners of the ground (they've even tried to close one of them down). If they're trying the same 'process' at Goztepe then it may get a bit feistier for them.

In all my Dell/StMarys attendances the crowd have supported the team until capitulation came in to view ! Obviously there are fans who have their stock phrases but that's just being a fan . Mine was 'oh no only Fraiser to beat '

Paul Moody to replace MLT!!

Could have deprived us of seeing one of the greatest individual goals in the club’s history.

Indeed it was, but he also scored a second great one when the ball was headed back to him and he flicked it up off his knee and volleyed it in over the keeper’s head.

Maybe it’s not deleted and you just randomly moved it to the Lounge??

Have said before I think our fans are desperate for a positive team  / manager to get behind, just need to get on a good run again.

Rotherham home next Saturday 3pm get the ground full and up for it, bit of momentum can build, kids tickets £1 if they're signed up for the junior Saints, Rotherham will bring a man and his dog tucked away in the corner , Saints should open up blocks 43 and 44  to home fans now so we don't have huge section of empty seats

As I’ve said before who is moderating the mods? They seem to have carte Blanche to do what they want

I like to think that the reaction of the fans, not just to the worst of Martin's tactics, but to SR's buy in of yet another doomed revolutionary project, acted as a spur to bring in some prompt pragmatism.
