We have defenders passing it in our own box to the nth degree to desperately try to keep possession, but then two minutes later we bung it long down the line from a throw in conceding possession instantly.  What the fucking fuck?

yep - they look clueless. I don'tt think its lack of effort, its lack of coaching and knowing the role. 

I could half trst the process when we looked alright going forward.. we don't even look that now.

It all went downhill when we got rejected by Wilcox choice (Enzo at Leicester) and then went back to the trusted spreadsheet. 

This time the stat we looked for was ball possession %. 

we need to start to Judge managers on performances not stats ffs.
